Donna Mitchell Photographs has been in business in Gainesville since January, 1993. When I chose the word "photographs" for the name, I was thinking of it as an activity, what I do.

I received a formal education and BA in photography from Evergreen State College in Washington and, as an artist and freelancer, have been actively photographing a wide variety of subjects in the 24 years since my schooling.

Since opening my wedding & portrait studio in Gainesville, I have photographed hundreds of children and dozens of weddings, and I love my work more all the time.
